I had to call tech support once due to technical difficulties. This is a great little tool. Audio and video quality are good. Great little value.

Works great, setup was easy, good color, and works well with Skype. Only issue i have is that the cord is too short for fitting over the LCD TV.

I bought this for my security system for capturing audio It Is far superior to any security camera audio. I have several of these web cams and they are the best.
